3D luminance distribution view not working vor 8 Monaten, 3 Wochen

I can see my imported CAD model in 3D view (variable view) but after performing a calculation the 3D model does not appear in the 3D luminance distribution view. The calculation result in the 3D luminance view shows as if the room is empty since no shadows can be observed.

Try to tick the checkbox "Calculate external faces" in the calculation manager and recalculate.

The "Calculate External Faces option is not available in my Calculation Manager
