dear sirs
I think you have to make this option possible as this situation creates missunderstandings between designer and customers

This is really urgent

I dont see a logical reason to doubt about it

I also have this problem from time to time with imported objects.

The strange thing is, that it only affect the unrendered view.
The furniture objects renders ok - both radiosity and raytracing.

There have to be something wrong with the geometry interpretation in Relux after they've been made furniture objects. The imported models seems to be ok before you make them furniture objects.

So, basically everything is still ok, even if the furniture object looks exploded in the unrendered view. As long as you remember where you put the origin of the object, you can place it correct even if it seems to be exploded.

But, the good guys at Relux should do some investigation to get rid of the bug.

Tore

Hallo,

Hello,

Thank you for your reply,
Indeed by applying a glass-type material, raytracing does appear.

Sincerely,

Ah!

Good stuff.

The first suggestion of modifying the scene 'Evaluation Area / distance to objects' setting has solved the problem.

The second setting to increase space to architectural objects was already set to 0.

Odd that I have never encountered this before now in all of the other designs I have constructed in the same manner. I wonder what changed it?

I'll bookmark this for the future.

Thanks very much robstone.

Yes it is. You have to split your CAD drawing in three different parts (f.e. AudoCAD). One drawing for each floor. Then import this tree drawings.

I have tried to change the text color to a different color but still same.
